We started this blog site after months of prayer and continuous thought about The Church and where we are today. To say that we are fundamentalists would be “acurate” but does not tell the entire picture. Yes, we believe that Christ was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, was crucified and died while on the cross. He was buried in a tomb and on the third day he arose from the dead and is now seated at the right hand of his Father, The Living God.
We believe in the gifts of the Spirit sent in Acts and use of those gifts found in 1st Corinthians and exercise those gifts in our daily lives. We believe in the second coming of Christ and that salvation from a literal Hell can only be obtained through the acceptance of Jesus Christ as your savior. After accepting Jesus Christ as your savior you have a guarantee of a literal Heaven.
What we don’t believe is that Christians have the right or authority to judge another person. Judgement in the way we should live our lives is left between you and your savior. By learning the mind of Christ through the reading and studying the Word Of God, His judgement will guide you in your daily lives.
We believe that Love is the key and when Christ’s love is perfected in us we will begin to look at others and ourselves through the eyes of Christ and come to a perfect understanding of why he left Heaven as the Son of God was born into this world as the Son of Man and suffered on the cross for our salvation.
